Terms and Conditions

1. Participants who do not provide a valid matriculation number and school email will not be entitled to the student discounts. Such participants will be required to upgrade their ticket to a public ticket on the event day. Students will also be required to produce their matriculation cards for verification on the event day.

2. Participants who change their ticket type after payment will have to bear the 4% administrative cost charged by Ticketer, except in circumstances deemed unforeseeable by the organising committee.

3. All participants will have to comply with the guidelines governing the use of the beach set by Sentosa 

Ticketing Policy

1. The organising committee reserves the rights to cancel the registration of any player violating these rules and regulations and to prohibit that player from playing for the team in which he/she represents.

2. It is the responsibility of the players to familiarise themselves with the rules of the game before the start of the competition which will be briefed by the club(s).

3. In an event whereby your team does not arrive at the venue on time, a walkover will be awarded to your opponent team.

4. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject any applications at our own discretion.

5. All members must be present during registration on the day of the event. Latecomers will not be entertained.

6. The organising committee reserves the rights to cancel the registration of any player violating these rules and regulations and to prohibit that player from playing for the team in which he/she represents. 7. All registration fees paid will be non-refundable and in the event of bad weather, no prizes will be awarded to any team.
